Lady Warriors Playoffs

The George Ward Lady Warriors are in the playoffs and had their first match on Friday, 5/13/11. They beat Mountain Brook by winning 2 out of the 3 matches. They will play Greystone today (5/14/11) in another playoff match at noon at Greystone. The ladies that are on the team are Angela Martin, Angela Rembert, Darlene Stanford, Renita Harrigan, Julie Curry, Jannette Ramirez, Candace Jones, Tanya Webb, LaTonya Roy, Tammy Battle, Evelyn Kennedy and MajKeecia Quinnie. Some of the ladies are pictured below. The head coach is Ken Robinson (front) and the assistant coach is Vila Fisher (first person on the left). Congratulations to the Lady Warriors for reaching the playoffs!!
